No Guaranteed Outcomes

While we apply our expertise and best efforts to every engagement, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of any permit, license, or filing. Decisions regarding permit and license applications are made solely by the relevant government agencies. Our role is to prepare and submit applications accurately and to advocate on your behalf within the process — the final outcome rests with the issuing authority.

Client Responsibilities

When you engage us for services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information as needed for your applications
• Respond to our requests for documents or information in a timely manner
• Inform us of any changes to your business status, ownership, address, or other details that may affect your applications
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement or proposal

Delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of AIM Productions LLC.

Fees & Payment

Service fees are quoted on a per-project basis and communicated prior to the start of work. Government filing fees, application fees, and other third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are the responsibility of the client. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any engagement where payment is overdue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to:

• Permit or license denials, delays, or revocations by government agencies
• Lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or business interruption
• Changes in government regulations, policies, or processing timelines after work has begun
• Errors or omissions in information provided by the client

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to AIM Productions LLC for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIM Productions LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any inaccurate or incomplete information you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of AIM Productions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client provides false information, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to meet payment obligations.
